I’ve got extensive experience in managing a range of IT related projects – from rota/workplace scheduling and EPoS systems, to hardware rollouts and network rebuilds.

All of this in a variety of environments; broadcast critical, local government and busy retail outlets.

IT Support

I’ve provided first, second and third line support to local government, retail chains with a multi-million £ turnover, individuals and small businesses for over 15 years.

Working with users to make technology work for them, and translating technical subjects into easy to understand instructions.

I regularly sense check solutions or fixes, and work as a liaison between departments and suppliers to give directors and managers the support they need.
